Smoke sticks to the surfactant that is in the bubbles and clears the deasdly smoke out of the air occupants breath and downwinders.

Why do you think you have to flush the system? Are you using harmful type of foam concentrate?

CAFS settings are not good. Too much water not enough air, the foam solution is too low. Nozzle is too small. Not enough pressure, needs whip line. No mention of smoke absorbing toxic gasses. A lot more to learn.
